SeaWorld Delights and Frights
As crowds being to return from a haunting pandemic, SeaWorld aims to offer thrilling experiences this fall. Taking note from successful competitors, Universal Studios and Disney’s Magic Kingdom; both Orlando and San Diego parks prepare to unleash a multitude of Halloween tricks and treats. Daytime guests can enjoy a family-friendly experience, with underwater-themed candy stations. The Spooktacular event embellishes characters and trails. Kids (and adults too!) can dress up and hit the park trails for tasty treats and pumpkin hunts. The Spooktacular Pumpkin Hunt is yet another fun activity that kids and parents can complete for a secret paranormal prize!

2021 will mark the inaugural Halloween-themed event for both park locations.
After sunset, SeaWorld will dive into the depths of madness, and transform to Howl-O-Scream. Haunted attractions, scare zones, and dark rides all support a terrifyingly tasteful adventure. How-O-Scream promises no place to hide from the terror of the unknown. Haunted house and scare zones are not the only events creeping about the vast 100 acres. Live entertainment, including a pulse-pounding dance show, is set to impress. DJs and dance parties also open themselves to the macabre madness.
SeaWorld has announced three showcase deadly houses, “The Asylum”, “The Slaughterhouse”, and “Death Water Bayou”. Each haunt is crafted with an original storyline, designed to frighten even the bravest of travelers. 7 scare zones also litter the park, keeping the guest alert to scares at all times.
Howl-O-Scream is the first single event ticket offering, happening at both Orlando and San Diego parks. SeaWorld executives have recently responded, encouraging children under age not to attend after-dark events. General admission tickets for Howl-O-Scream currently are priced at $39.99, with discounts available to pass holders. The daytime Spooktacular event is included with a general admission park ticket.
